"Billing details were a little confusing"
Canceling was actually easy, but the weird part is I still wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the billing. It worked out, but I wish the charges and timing were explained a bit more clearly

"I liked parts of it, and a few..."
I liked parts of it, and a few scenes felt really believable, especially in the smaller moments. But the quality isn’t super consistent. One scene will pull me in, then the next one feels a bit off or not as polished. Overall, it’s okay, but definitely uneven.

"Support was slow and the reminders were annoying"
Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of slow. What bothered me more were all the aggressive reminders popping up while I was still waiting, which felt annoying.
